Tofu with Peanut & XO Sauce
Crispy Tofu
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package (450g) of medium firm tofu drained and diced into 2cm
squares - 2 Tbsp cooking oil
SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp GF soy sauce or your choice of substitute
- 2 Tbsp warm water
- 1 Tbsp Ah Nui XO Sauce
METHOD:
- Preheat your toaster oven or oven to 375 Degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay down diced tofu on a single layer and drizzle cooking oil over the tofu making sure it coats the tofu and let it bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile when the tofu is baking, make the sauce in a medium mixing bowl by whisking all the sauce ingredients together.
- Once the tofu is ready, you can put the tofu on a bed of greens of your choice and drizzle a generous amount over the tofu and serve warm!
