Tofu with Peanut & XO Sauce

Crispy Tofu

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package (450g) of medium firm tofu drained and diced into 2cm
    squares
  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil

SAUCE INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp GF soy sauce or your choice of substitute
  • 2 Tbsp warm water
  • 1 Tbsp Ah Nui XO Sauce

METHOD:

  1. Preheat your toaster oven or oven to 375 Degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay down diced tofu on a single layer and drizzle cooking oil over the tofu making sure it coats the tofu and let it bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  3. Meanwhile when the tofu is baking, make the sauce in a medium mixing bowl by whisking all the sauce ingredients together.
  4. Once the tofu is ready, you can put the tofu on a bed of greens of your choice and drizzle a generous amount over the tofu and serve warm!
