Ah Nui Gluten-Free Dumpling Flour is perfect for making dumplings, noodles, tortillas and more. It is completely grain and nut-free and easy to use! To make dumpling wrappers, just add hot water and oil! It's a Source of FIBRE! We added psyllium husk fibre which is a soluble fibre to improve gut health and balance carb absorption.
Without Xanthan Gum.
No added Sugar!

Our gluten-free dumpling flour comes in a 750g resealable package. Our products are prepared and packaged in a registered food-safe facility that may handle dairy, nuts, seeds, grains, eggs, and soy. Proudly made in Canada.

STORAGE

To keep flour from spoiling, store it in a dry cool/cold dark place, and reseal the package to keep it airtight once opened. When stored in a cool area, flour can last up to six months, and in the fridge, it stays fresh for up to two years. Always trust your senses. If the flour smells off, it's time to toss it.

Tasty wrap

It took me few try to make the wrap thin enough but it works great now. I add more water than direction suggested.
